Be honest
Create honest listings with accurate descriptions and clear photos, and mention any defects or damage. Honest listings help maintain trust within the community.
Be respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination and offensive behaviour have no place on Roskalava.
Keep your appointments
Respect other people's time. Keep appointments whenever possible and let the other person know promptly if your plans change.
Respect privacy
Respect other people's privacy and personal information. Only share pickup details privately and never share someone else's information without consent.
Report issues
If you see a listing or behaviour that appears inappropriate, illegal or unsafe, use the Report feature. Every report is reviewed carefully and helps protect the community.
Only list allowed items
All items must comply with our Prohibited Items Policy and applicable laws. When in doubt, don't list it until you've checked or contacted us.
Consequences
Roskalava may remove listings that violate these guidelines, break the law, pose a safety risk or mislead users. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
