Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your Roskalava account and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
Open the Roskalava app, go to Profile → Settings, and choose "Delete Account" under Account Actions. You will be asked to confirm. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@roskalava.net from the address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm your identity and remove the account, usually within a few working days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, email address, phone number, listings, photos, saved items, chat messages and notification settings are all permanently removed. Deletion cannot be undone, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing that identifies you is kept once your account is deleted. We may retain anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you, and any records we are legally required to keep. Backups are cycled out within 30 days.
